What We Do

About Warlows Legal

Moisson Lawyers has offices located in Sydney, Melbourne and Jerusalem. Having lawyers in multiple time zones means that we can service startups and businesses around the clock, wherever they are.

We have a strong focus on startups and commercial law and our cross jurisdictional firm means we are well placed to support clients whose businesses extend across Australia and internationally.  We work with you in mind.

We work with startups of all sizes including newly incorporated businesses as well as late stage, global companies.

Each and everyone in the practice come from an entrepreneurial background. This means they understand the micro issues of how legal problems merge with the bigger contexts of business and more importantly – life.

We’ve got the length and breadth of law covered with a strong team of highly experienced and professional individuals that are strong in commercial litigation and corporate law, not profit law, construction, family law, wills and estate.  They are supported by a strong contingent of Partners, Lawyers, Junior Lawyers and paralegals who assist each other in times of heavy or extraordinary workloads.

Time costing is for dinosaurs. Our philosophy isn’t – time equals money, it’s equality through knowledge. We engage both our legal and business minds to meet your legal needs within a Fixed Fee system wherever possible.

Warlows Legal are focused on expansion and utilising innovative approaches and technology to compete with much larger law firms.
