As the CEO of an organisation which has presence in 3 continents, I’ve worked with several legal partners. In my experience, Warlows Legal is one of the best legal partners to work with. We worked with Allon for our employment contracts. He has been very approachable and helpful throughout and has always delivered on-time and on-budget. We are happy with the outcome of Warlows Legal’s efforts and will highly recommend them.

Rob McCullagh, COerver Coaching
Thank you for your advice, there were a couple of potential clangers in there I would have missed.

Warlows Legal provided a responsive, efficient and professional service. Thanks to Warlows Legal, we were one of the first organisations in Australia to obtain PBI status for overseas activities.

Nicole at Warlows Legal was extremely helpful and an invaluable asset for our start-up company. We would have no hesitation on referring her services and look forward to continue sharing our journey with her.
Anthony Tripolino, Tripolino Accountants
Nicole was patient and thorough and negotiated a good outcome n to our building dispute. I don’t know what we would have done without her.
When we moved into Australia, we needed a local law firm that could assist us with all of our needs. Warlows has been with us throughout the journey. They have always been professional and timely with their advice. The fact that they have an office right here in Israel makes it very convenient to deal with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warlows to an Israeli firm that wants to set up operations in Australia.

Temando is a growing technology company, originally based in Brisbane, which offers a freight fulfilment platform for ecommerce retailers.
Temando has been a client of Warlows and in particular Harriet Warlow-Shill for a period of 7 years, since its early days. Our engagement with Warlows commenced in 2010, at a time when the company was undergoing a period of expansion after a round of venture capital investment. As well as advising the company generally, Warlows advised Temando on its corporate structure and IP ownership regime which has formed the basis of our further growth for the Company. Warlows drafted Temando’s standard software licence agreement and carrier agreements which form the core of our suite of legal documentation.
Warlows provided Temando with legal support during a majority acquisition by French firm Neopost SA during 2015, which has seen a significant investment into the business to fund its expansion into international markets. Warlows were heavily involved in the complex documentation procedures related to the sale process and were the point of contact with our shareholder base throughout the transaction.
In more recent times, Warlows has successfully assisted Temando throughout other capital raising processes. Warlows more generally provides the Company with support on day to day legal advice. Warlows’ brief with Temando is varied and spans multiple jurisdictions, including the US and UK. Warlows has been involved in the review and updating of all our standard template documentation, advising us on various software and technology law contracts, privacy law issues and litigation matters.
Our main point of contact in more recent years has been Allon Ledder, who we can recommend highly. Allon is well versed in technology law and is practical and commercial in his style of drafting and negotiation. Allon is extremely dedicated to his clients and frequently works to very short timeframes, producing work of the highest standard.
Both Allon and Harriet work together to service the legal needs of the Company with great flexibility, reliability and commercial acumen.
